Ann Bracken is an Irish and UK based, published author and presenter on emotional and psychological health and wellbeing. Ann combines her extensive experience as a renowned Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Trainer and also as a Yoga Teacher and Clinical Supervisor to bring a truly informed, integrative approach to overall health, wellness and healing. Her broad skills base has been influenced by her training in Boston, with published author and pioneer of Mind-Body medicine, Dr Alice Domar, of Harvard University.

Previously, Ann Bracken worked as a researcher and broadcast journalist in BBC, RTE and TV3 Television. In addition, Ann has been a lecturer and examiner in Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) on the BA in Counselling & Psychotherapy for Glendwr University, Wales. She also managed the psychotherapy service for The Lister Hospital in Chelsea, London. Ann specializes in Mind-Body Health & Wellness and enjoys delivering at conferences, on training days and providing support in her international online therapy work.
