What’s included in a Wellness Coaching package?
Our packages are tailor-made to you. However, all packages include a 360 audit of your current health, dietary counselling which covers healthy eating, meal plans, family nutrition and easy food swaps, and a Wellness Plan devised entirely for you. You can also avail of other add-on options such as a personalised kitchen audit, guided supermarket visit, and healthy cooking demonstrations. We can also arrange in-person visits to your work or home.
Who should use a Wellness Coach?
Anyone who is struggling with low energy, sleep quality, unhealthy food habits, excess weight, exercise routines and stress levels. Wellness Coaching can also help with addressing bad lifestyle habits where clients work with the coach to set out a Wellness programme that includes any area of their life that needs attention.
Will I lose weight if I visit a Wellness Coach?
Wellness Coaching is perfect at addressing bad eating habits. As Dee is also a fully qualified Dietary Counsellor, she has had extensive experience in helping her clients lose weight by devising a Wellness Plan that embraces healthy eating habits, while addressing other trigger areas such as stress, lack of sleep and low fitness levels. Equally, some clients are not looking to lose weight, but once on one of our programmes, losing weight is one of the by-products of living a healthy new life!
