This webinar is designed to tell you everything you need to know about sleep, how to improve your sleep hygiene and quality, practice a healthy sleep routine and ultimately to get a better night’s sleep. Getting a good night’s sleep is critical for our mental wellbeing, and no other activity delivers so many health benefits with so little effort.
As a bonus, the session concludes with a special guided relaxation / meditation that will help you get to sleep and get back to sleep more easily.
