Jennifer O’Dea is a graduate of the University of North London and Trinity College Dublin where she studied Drama, English and Film. After 20 years as a professional actress she moved into teaching and training. She is particularly skilled and experienced in the area of Forum Theatre, a type of interactive theatre which allows people to gain expertise in tackling difficult issues in a fun, collaborative and interactive way. She has used this method successfully through corporate role playing in multiple organisations and government offices in Ireland to forward training, conflict resolution and group dynamics in the workspace. Previous and current clients include Deloitte, KPMG, SAP, UCD, UL, NTMA, Bank of Ireland, Department of Health, Bord na Mona, Central Bank, Smurfit Business School and many others. This work has taken her to many places in Ireland and abroad including Chicago, Barcelona, Brussels and London.
Jennifer O’Dea believes that learning to work better together should be an enlightening and enjoyable journey to improve quality of life and workplace relations for everyone.
She has successfully completed a QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer certificate and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Life, Executive and Leadership Coaching.
