(IAHIP).
Julie offers Psychotherapy for anyone who may need help in a time of crisis or who feels generally their life or current circumstances are not working for them as they would wish. Psychotherapy is an opportunity to get to know yourself, for personal development and a tool for living in a more conscious and informed way.
Therapy sessions are fully confidential. After an introductory session, Julie usually meets with a Client for six weekly sessions with a review at the end of this period and choice for the Client and Therapist to continue meeting on an on-going weekly basis. Sessions are 60 minutes duration.
Julie Hogan is also qualified Yoga and Pre Natal Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance, certified). “I feel allows me to be deeply aware of how the body and mind are linked. I feel that we may hold some of our past traumas, issues and hurts we have experienced in our lives and that these can become “locked” in our bodies”. For this reason Julie integrates body work knowledge in her approach to assist clients when appropriate and provide them with tools of self- healing techniques.
