Ruth Christie is a fully insured Reiki and Bio-Energy Therapist. Ruth is a member of Reiki Federation Ireland which is the national organisation for Reiki in Ireland and is registered with Bi-Aura® International.
Ruth studied mechanical engineering in NUIGalway and after completing a Masters degree in Engineering Science, went to the UK in 2000 for several years to work in industry. While in the UK, Ruth discovered Reiki in 2001 and received her Reiki 1 and 2 certifications the same year. She went on to complete a Bio-Energy therapy Diploma with Bi-Aura® International in 2004.
After spending 20 years working in engineering and marketing, Ruth Christie has set up her energy therapy business working in Wicklow town and Bray, Co. Wicklow.
Ruth discovered energy healing when she was a teenager and found it so powerful it unlocked a curiosity in her to explore and study it. Alongside energy healing, she loves to mediate and be in nature.
Bio-Energy and Reiki are both powerful yet gentle, non-invasive therapies that can restore balance by activating the body’s ability to self-heal on a physical, emotional and mental level. Ruth has seen great results from improved sleep to reduced stress and anxiety levels to chronic pain relief.
