Ciara Kilduff

Ciara Kilduff  is a fully accredited member of IACP. Ciara completed her Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy, has been working with clients since 2010, working with a range of issues from anxiety and depression to eating disorders and relationship breakdown.

In the past Ciara Kilduff has spent a number of years working with homeless families, homeless young adults and also works with homeless people who have experienced chronic dependancy issues. She has also been involved in working with the Special Olympics, St. Vincent de Paul Sunshine house among other things. Ciara continued post qualification to develop in her practice through professional development training in group facilitation, ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), dealing with victims of domestic violence, CBT, Mindfulness, Foundation in Therapeutic play.

Ciara Kilduff believes in building a non judgemental relationship with her clients, respect is at the core of every thing she does. Ciara works from an integrative approach to therapy, there is an understanding that each person is different, they have had different experiences and will needed to be worked with differently from anyone else. While, encouraging, empowering her clients to develop self confidence, self esteem, which in turn will help them to meet their daily challenges in a positive more productive way.
